Cummings went to the barrier of FBI Director James Comey, a Republican, who was summoned to vouch for the House Oversight Committee about his choice this week not to prescribe criminal allegations against Clinton. Cummings hammered Republicans for flip-slumping from commendation to feedback when Comey did not suggest criminal accusations and said that Comey was "on trial" one might say.
